Has anyone dealt with the supra lock box showing a communication error? The only house key is locked inside, so I can’t retrieve it and place it in the new supra box that I picked up yesterday. My Seller have had to leave the door open for last three showings which is not ideal and they don’t have another key available. I called HAR and left a message, but I haven’t heard back yet. Any suggestion on how to get the old lockbox open?
